  2 x Deutz MWM TCD2020V16,   Diesel Engines (11kV, 1.6MW each)
  2 x Cummins QSK 23G3,            Diesel Engines (400V, 600KW each)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am responsible for efficient and smooth operation of 12MW Power house in which LT voltage and HT voltage Gas and diesel engines are involved for generation of electricity.
Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Diesel Engines and Gas Engines Cooling Towers, heat exchangers and Pumps.
Ensures that the key documentation is up to date and in place
Participates in the Maintenance & Improvement activities in the Plant.
Control, maintain/Optimization critical Spare parts & inventory.
Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or utilities line(s).
Monitor control board and regulates equipment according to procedures and information obtained from recording indicating instruments.
Authorize work permits and ensure proper isolation for safe work. Complete work permits with the proper status of work.
Generate work request on the Oracle.
Preparation of daily generation and consumption reports, Calculation of Specifics (i.e. Specific Gas consumption, Specific Diesel consumption and Specific power consumption) and preparation of Daily and monthly reports,
Operate switchgear to regulate transfer power loads to protect maintenance workers engaged in repairing and cleaning equipment.
Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Take to other to convey information effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directing, monitoring, and controlling over all plant operations for achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently.
Issue work permits and isolation check list with proper status of work done.
Develop SOPs or assist in their development.
Schedule brake down & preventive maintenance such as measured valve lash, valve recession (Projection), inspection, cleaning & installation of spark plugs, installation of turbo charge and regulators etc.
Repair and maintenance of different electro mechanical equipment’s.
Overhauling of globe, gate, plug and non-returns valves.
Check all parameters that required starting an engine.
Make good relation with customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check and operate the hydraulic press. Vacuum pumps, steam dryer, heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps, & maintain all operation works.
Check the paper & board quality.
Also deal many types of valves, pneumatic valves, chemical’s, shaft’s bearings, & lubrication system.
Dealing with the employee and contractor.
Ensures that the key documentation is up to date and in place
Participates in the Maintenance & Improvement activities in the factory
Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people and environment.
